On August 27, 2020, Manitoba held its 67th EOI draw, issuing 213 invitations to the candidates who applied under the Skilled Workers and International Workers Streams. A total of 213 LAA’s (Letters Of Advice to Apply) were issued to the applicants who showed their interest and applied under the workers and international workers stream in Manitoba and overseas.

The invitations issued on August 27, 2020 are 40 less than the previous MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) Draw held on August 13, 2020. The LAA’s (Letters of Advice to Apply) are given to the candidates so that they can receive a nomination certificate from the province of Manitoba and accomplish their goal of getting hold of the Canada PR without any further complications.

The following table will help you get a clear understanding about the issued invitations in the latest MPNP draw.

Streams Number of Invitations Issued
Skilled Workers in Manitoba 171
International Educations Stream 34
Skilled Workers Overseas (Invited directly by the MPNP Under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative 8

Out of the total 213 invitations issued in the latest MPNP Draw, 23 invitations were issued to the candidates who possess a valid Express Entry ID and have a valid job seeker validation code along with them. The ones who got invitations were having their profiles in the Federal Express Entry Program.

It is no surprise that Manitoba has issued many invitations despite the corona crisis. In the today’s draw, the candidates needed a CRS score of 475 to get hold of the LAA under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream i.e. 10 points less than the previous draw held on August 13, 2020. Isn’t it a good news?

On the other hand, the candidates who applied under the Skilled workers overseas stream needed a minimum score of 824 i.e. 152 more than the previous CRS off in the draw held on August 13, 2020. So, if you met the CRS threshold set by the Government, than you’re eligible to get hold of the invitation.
