Canada Express Entry Minimum Points - What is the minimum points for Canada Express entry?

Completing an Express Entry profile is the primary step of immigrating to Canada permanently as a federal skilled worker. You will need to complete an Express Entry profile and meet the minimum point criteria to be accepted into the express entry pool.
If you are interested in the Federal Skilled Worker stream, you will need to meet, at minimum, the pass mark of 67 points out of 100 on the Federal Skilled Worker grid.

Canada Express Entry Minimum Points:-

Technically, an applicant needs a minimum of 67/100 points on Canada Point Assessment grid to become eligible for applying Canada Express Entry. Well, there are different permutation and combination for getting the Canada Express Entry minimum points depending upon the individual status.

Not every person is same and therefore, not every person will achieve 67 points requirement in a similar way. Thus, there might be different situations like two persons are scoring 67 points but under unlike circumstances. Person A scored points in adaptability factors whereas person B scored points in language section. However, both are able to get Canada Express Entry Minimum points.

For further clarification, let’s see a hypothetical situation:
A Bachelor’s degree candidate aged 34 years with 6 years of work experience scored CLB 8 gets 68 immigration points out of 100 on Canada Point Assessment grid. His age is 34 years that will give 12 points, Bachelor’s degree will account 21 points, CLB 8 will give 20 points and 6 plus years of work experience will give 15 points, total comes out to be 68 points making candidate eligible for Canada PR. Point’s criteria are assessed at the time of invitation.
