Who Can Apply For Australia State Nomination Visa 190 ?

Subclass 190 is a state nominated permanent visa which allows the skilled workers to live, and work in Australia provided you must get a nomination from the state/territory to apply for this visa.

The potential applicants who want to apply for this visa must submit an expression of interest in the skillselsct online immigration system and must score a minimum point score of 60 on the Australia point system.

If accepted to apply for the subclass 190 visa, you are expected to live for at least 2 years inside the State/Territory that nominated you for the visa.

An applicant who meets the following requirements can apply for the State Nomination Visa 190:

  • Your occupation must be listed on the STSOL List

  • you must be under 50 years of age
  • you must apply for state sponsorship
  • you must be invited to apply for this visa

  • you must meet the character and health requirements
