STSOL and MLTSSL are the Australia’s occupational demand list in which certain occupations are listed under Australia’s permanent and temporary skilled visa programs which makes a potential applicant eligible to apply for Australia PR.

STSOL stands for Short Term Skilled Occupational Demand list which was earlier known as Skilled Occupational List (SOL), whereas MLTSSL stands for Medium and Long Term Strategic Skill List which was earlier known as Consolidated Skilled Occupational Skilled List (CSOL).
