Prospective candidates for state nomination in South Australia must fulfil Department of Home Affairs standards, as well as state-specific profession requirements, and have skills in an occupation on our Skilled Occupation List. Offshore candidates who match the minimum announced requirements can submit an application starting at 2 p.m. ACST on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Please keep in mind that nominating for state office is a competitive procedure. Even if the basic conditions are met, there is no assurance of obtaining an invitation to apply for state nomination after filing a RoI. South Australia is unable to comment on the possibility of an invitation or respond to inquiries in this regard.
