It is important to note that the state nomination quota allocation can be filled quickly, especially for occupations in high demand, and meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee nomination. Therefore, it is recommended to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) as soon as possible and to seek professional advice to maximize your chances of success.
What is South Australia Nomination
South Australia state nomination is a program that allows the South Australian government to nominate eligible skilled workers for a range of visas including the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) and the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491).
Through this program, South Australia aims to attract skilled migrants who have the skills and experience needed to contribute to the state's economic growth and development. The program prioritizes skilled workers in occupations that are in high demand in South Australia, particularly those in critical industries such as health, engineering, and IT.

Apply for nomination:
Once you receive an invitation, you will need to complete and submit a formal nomination application to the South Australian government. This may include providing additional documentation to support your application.
5) Wait for a decision
The South Australian government will assess your nomination application and make a decision on whether to nominate you for a skilled visa. If your nomination is successful, you will receive a nomination certificate, which you can use to apply for a skilled visa with the Australian government.
