New Zealand Skill Select Round Result August 2019

The New Zealand Skilled Expression of Interest (EOI) fortnightly results conducted 21 August invited 667 candidates for the skilled migrant category. All the selected candidates had a total of 160 or more points, representing 1,417 people will now undergo preliminary verification to determine if an invitation to apply for residency will be issued or not. There are now 606 EOIs in the pool after selection.

The below table shows the mark-up selection of the latest round result:

 As we can see that a total of 667 EOIs are issued in this draw where 608 EOIs went to the applicants with a job-offer category out of which 563 candidates are onshore and 45 candidates offshore and 59 EOIs given to without-job offer candidates with 58 EOIs to offshore applicants.

In every New Zealand, SkillSelect draws, the Indian population receives the maximum number of invites (30%) followed by China (15%) and then South Africa (11%).

The next EOI SkillSelect New Zealand round results tentative date is 6 September 2019
